Neale is a 3D Generalist and Creature Artist with a diverse set of skills specialising in all the stages of the creature pipeline from conceptualising to animation. Neale has a passion for learning and developing his creative and technical skills in the realm of sculpting, applying real world anatomy and biology to creatures of fantasy, and creating believable and appealing designs. Neale’s other passion lies in creating realistic textures. Following graduation, Neale aims to further develop his skills in 3D modelling and texturing through practice and training.
“Biome” is a solo portfolio project to showcase and further improve my 3D animating and texturing skills. The project involves the creation of realistic 3D creatures within an environment and an existing ecology, as well as importing them into a game engine. Inspired by the likes of The Witcher and Monster Hunter series.
