'Wild' is a small demo for an open world adventure puzzle game inspired by the likes of The Legend of Zelda, the films of Hayao Miyazaki and the time Mara spent in the Scottish Highlands as a child. 'Wild' follows our young protagonist Tabha, who is beginning the long journey of overcoming the grief of losing their father, and rediscovering that in a world as vast an beautiful as ours, no one is ever really alone.
Mara is, at heart, a passionate story teller. However, when it comes to production, she finds herself most at home as a Character and Creature artist. With a strong affinity for monsters, but not lacking in her knowledge of real world anatomy, Mara is passionate and knowledgable on all stages of the character and creature pipeline; from concept, all the way to rigging and animation. Her skills are particularly suited to stylised 2D or 3D concepts, with knowledge and experience in Photoshop, Maya, ZBrush and Substance Painter. After graduation, Mara hopes to find a place to expand her skills and knowledge in character and creature work, with hopes to also try her hand at story.
